Telephone mediation offers "cheaper, quicker" and more accessible settlements. The great advantage of telephone and online mediation is that, no matter where you are based we have an option to meet your requirements. In telephone mediation however so much goes on behind the scenes to bring two parties into mediation. 

When ADR Experts receives an initial enquiry the mediator immediately speaks to both parties by telephone in order to commence the process of the mediation and in an effort to settle the dispute. It should be noted that sometimes one side requires more information before they will agree to mediate. ADR Experts then will frequently liaise with both parties to make sure this information is provided. 

One of the great advantageous of telephone mediation is that it can be arrange within one week while face to face mediation can take 3 to 4 weeks to arrange, compared with 13 to 14 weeks for a court hearing. In telephone mediation sometimes we even resolve a dispute after few phone calls with a very small fee towards our administration costs without even a need to book a mediation appointment.
